Daviess County will be under a Winter Storm Warning from 2 p.m. Thursday until midnight.
The National Weather Service predicts 2 to 4 inches of snow accumulation with winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Also, dangerously cold wind chills are expected as low as 30 below zero. Plan on slippery road conditions.
