The Mattingly Target Shooting Range
(formerly known as the Daviess County Gun Club)
at Pup Creek Park was established in 1967 and is located just 7 miles east of downtown Owensboro, KY
at 7740 KY-2830, Maceo, KY 42355 and is operated by Daviess County Fiscal Court through the
Daviess County Parks and Recreation Department.
(This is currently a shotgun only facility, no ranges for pistols or rifles are available.)
The 76.28 acre Pup Creek Park is located on the north banks of Pup Creek and offers both
Skeet and Trap, as well as the new 10 station and 15 station championship Sporting Clays courses.
