Theatre Workshop of Owensboro will revisit the first show it ever produced, “The Man Who Came to Dinner.”
The comedy play stars John Campbell as Sheridan Whiteside, a well-known radio personality on a speaking tour.
While traveling through Ohio, Whiteside accepts a dinner invitation but suffers a hip injury during a fall on the front steps. He is forced to stay with the family while he recovers and takes over the house.
Executive Director Todd Reynolds has a large, talented cast for this play. See the show this weekend (Dec. 8-10) or next (Dec. 15-17) at TWO’s Empress Theatre on Frederica Street.
Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m. with Sunday shows at 2:00 p.m.
