Are you ready for summer? Daviess County spray parks open for the season on May 28, the Saturday before Memorial Day.
Daily hours will be 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. through Labor Day. Daviess County Parks & Recreation operates spray parks at three locations: Panther Creek Park, Yellow Creek Park, and Horse Fork Creek Park.
All of the spray parks are free and fully accessible to children of all ages.
At Horse Fork Creek Park, the marquee attraction is a large dumping bucket and splash pad with multiple water features. Visitors will also find an accessible playground, shade canopies and restrooms, with easy access from the Greenbelt.
