In February, Daviess County Fiscal Court approved a Memorandum of Agreement with RiverValley Behavioral Health to administer the Mental Health Court.
The County will partner with RiverValley to expand early identification and early access to mental health services utilizing the evidence-based Sequential Intercept Model (SIM).
