Beginning on Wednesday, November 1, Daviess County Parks & Recreation will begin accepting shelter reservations for 2024.
The covered picnic shelters are available for rent at Panther Creek Park and Yellow Creek Park. Shelters are popular for birthday parties, family picnics and class reunions. Whether you have a crowd of 10 people or 100 people, the parks department can accommodate your event.
All shelters have picnic tables, charcoal grills, lights and access to a wide variety of leisure activities from fishing to pickleball. To make a reservation, visit https://www.daviessky.org/ and select park reservations. First-time visitors will be required to setup an account in order to complete the booking process.
