The Daviess County Fire Department presented the proceeds from the Christmas Wish Golf Scramble on Monday, December 5.
Firefighters Will McCrady and Quinton Pence unveiled a check for $18,000. The funds were raised through the annual Golf Scramble at Ben Hawes Park in Owensboro. Inspector/Investigator Keith Hurm said 32 teams participated in the event, a new record.
