The Daviess County Clerk’s Office will hold the Delinquent Property Tax Sale on Wednesday, August 21 at 9 a.m.
During the sale, unpaid property tax bills are eligible to be sold to registered third party purchasers. These purchasers may place a lien on the property that is listed with the clerk’s office on the certificate of delinquency.

The tax sale list will be updated weekly. Contact the Recording Department with any questions at 270-685-8434, Ext 3. To make a payment on a bill, visit Room 104 in the Courthouse during regular business hours, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
