Daviess County Fiscal Court will resurface 38.7 road miles this Fiscal Year.
This week, the contractor finished paving work on Kelly Cemetery Road, north of Maceo, and in the Roman Meadows subdivision near KY-81. Earlier projects were completed in the Covington Ridge subdivision off U.S. 60 West, and Brownwood Manor near Thruston-Dermont Road.
The Road Department has been prepping West Harmons Ferry Road for resurfacing, between U.S. 431 and the County line. Also, Lonesome Pine Trail is scheduled to be repaved from KY-815 to KY-554. That route is utilized by trash trucks headed to the Landfill.
