The first of four catfish stockings for 2024 will occur on Thursday, March 14.
Approximately 800 fish will be added to the lake at Panther Creek Park, and another 600 fish will be delivered to Yellow Creek Park.
Additionally, the final trout stocking for the spring (750 fish each lake) is scheduled for Tuesday, March 19.
The Fishing in Neighborhoods (FINs) program is a cooperative agreement between Daviess County Fiscal Court and the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources (KDFWR).
Anglers age 16 and older must possess a statewide fishing license and purchase a permit to keep rainbow trout.
