The Daviess County Conservation District will host a Tree Seedling Giveaway on Thursday, April 25.
Arrive early at Yellow Creek Park. The event will begin at 8 a.m. and continue while supplies last.
Varieties include: Persimmon, Yellow-Poplar, Black Walnut, Cherrybark Oak, Pecan, Shagbark Hickory, White Oak, Pin Oak, Kentucky Coffeetree, Chestnut Oak, & Swamp White Oak.
It is first-come, first-serve with a limit of 10 seedlings per person. For more information, call the Conservation District at (270) 685-1707 Ext. 3.
