West District

Prior to the “one man, one vote” Supreme Court rulings in 1960s the Fiscal Court was divided into a City district, East district, and West district with US 431, Panther Creek, South Fork of Panther Creek, and Two Mile Creek being the dividing line. Since 1974, the West district has generally included western Owensboro and areas along and west of KY 81.
