Last Friday’s storm event resulted in widespread damage to trees and power lines along with some structures.
Daviess County Fiscal Court has received several calls, asking if it is okay to burn storm debris, such as barns and buildings that were destroyed.
According to the Division for Air Quality in the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet, open burning is NOT an option.
