The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum celebrates the opening of a new temporary exhibit on Jerry Garcia.
Garcia was the principal songwriter, lead guitarist, and a vocalist with the rock band Grateful Dead. However, he started in folk and bluegrass music.
Museum Curator Carly Smith says 12 of Garcia’s personal instruments will be on display for the next two years in this Bluegrass roots exhibition.
