Deputy Jailer – Supervises inmates at the Daviess County Detention Center, one of the largest jails in Kentucky. The Deputy Jailer provides security, responds to emergency situations, monitors radio traffic, and transports inmates inside and outside the facility, along with other assigned duties.
Hazardous Duty Deputies
$19.00 per hour with shift differential
Eligible for $20.00 after 1 year of service!
Job Requirements Summary
- US citizen
- 21 years of age
- Valid high school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- No felony convictions since 18
Compensation Range – $37,440 – $39,520 Before Overtime!
