County-operated spray parks will open for the season on Saturday, May 29th.
“Memorial Day weekend is the unofficial start of summer,” said Ross Leigh, Director of Parks & Recreation. “We are thrilled to welcome families back for another season of fun. These spray parks are the perfect place to cool off on a hot day.”
Each spray park will be open daily from 9 a.m. to dusk at Horse Fork Creek Park, Yellow Creek Park, and Panther Creek Park.
The spray parks are available to the public, free-of-charge. For questions, contact the parks office at 270-685-6142.
