Daviess County Fiscal Court unveiled a plaque for the late Jim Lambert at Yellow Creek Park on Saturday, April 30.
“Jim was a family man, educator, coach and community leader.”
After a 39 year career in education, Lambert served as East Commissioner and spearheaded the development of the Pioneer Village. The unique frontier community contains several historic log cabins and barns, plus a working forge and the restored Rosenwald School.
