Driving along Frederica Street you may notice dozens of pinwheels on the front lawn of Kentucky Wesleyan College.
These pinwheels are designed to raise awareness for child abuse prevention month, observed each year in April.
Students from Owensboro Innovation Middle School participated in the planting event with a proclamation from Daviess County Fiscal Court.
