The Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is comprised of first responders, local government, business and industry groups.
The mission of the LEPC is to plan for emergencies involving hazardous materials and promote safety in the community.
Kevin Lanham presented on the PEAC-WMD Software that enables hazmat responders to make informed decisions at an incident. Lanham is a Battalion Chief with the Owensboro Fire Department.
