Exciting news! New restrooms and picnic shelters are planned for the county parks.
Demolition work will begin this week at Yellow Creek Park, where Shelter #1 is scheduled to be rebuilt. Over at Panther Creek Park, the unscreened Whispering Wind Shelter will be replaced.
However, the biggest change will be a brand new restroom facility at Yellow Creek Park near the pickleball courts. All of these upgrades will be complete by late summer.
