Daviess County Fiscal Court joined Clayton for a groundbreaking on the new Greenbriar subdivision.
The neighborhood will feature 31 modern manufactured homes on permanent foundations with a detached garage option.
All homes will be eBuilt® with energy-efficient enhancements designed to save up to 50 percent on annual energy costs.
The development will be integrated into an existing 55-year-old subdivision at Sturbridge Place and Cambridge Drive near Yellow Creek Park in Daviess County.
