A marriage license issued by the Daviess County Clerk’s Office is valid only in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Completion of this form does not guarantee the issuance of a license. Both parties must appear in-person at the Recording Department and present a valid photo ID along with the required fee ($50) to obtain a license.
