Visit the only operational LST in World War II configuration afloat in U.S. waters.
The Landing Ship, Tank will be docked at English Park on Friday, August 2 from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, August 3 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission is $15 for adults, $7 for children ages 6-17, and free for kids 5 and under.
The LST-325 is an amphibious vessel designed to land battle-ready tanks, troops and supplies directly onto enemy shores. The historic ship served in World War II on the beaches of Normandy, as well as the invasions of Sicily and Salerno.
The USS LST Ship Memorial, Inc. will be open for self-guided tours with an onboard giftshop available.
