Demolition work began Monday, June 3 for the Pup Creek bridge on Indian Hill Road.
The bridge is located about two miles northeast of Knottsville, between Brasher Road and St. Lawrence Road. Indian Hill Road will be closed to all traffic for the next six weeks, weather permitting.
Daviess County Public Works will demolish the bridge and replace it with an aluminum box culvert.
