A cooperative effort between law enforcement and the county attorney’s office has brought a resolution to a significant animal cruelty case.
Last June, Animal Care & Control was able to rescue several horses, dogs, and goats from a farm on Macedonia Road. Director Ashley Thompson says this case sends a message about the importance of animal welfare in our community.
