Habitat for Humanity of Owensboro-Daviess County celebrates the groundbreaking of Carter Community Court.
The 10-house cul-de-sac will be located off KY-144 near the Consumer Mall.
The subdivision is named for Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter, who spent over 30 years advocating for affordable housing with Habitat for Humanity.
Governor Andy Beshear joined Judge/Executive Charlie Castlen and Executive Director Jeremy Stephens for the groundbreaking event.
