The lakes at Panther Creek Park and Yellow Creek Park will be stocked with rainbow trout on Thursday, February 13.
Approximately 750 fish are being added at each site. The Fishing in Neighborhoods (FINs) program is a partnership with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources.
Lakes are stocked with catfish and rainbow trout throughout the year. Sunfish and bass populations are regularly sampled with stocking occurring as needed.
Remember, a statewide fishing license is required for anglers, 16 and older, and a permit is needed to keep rainbow trout.
Daily catch limits are posted at each park. For a complete list of FINs regulations, click here.
