John Lanham Jam Day

United Healthcare presents the 4th annual John Lanham Jam Day on Saturday, October 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Don’t miss this authentic old-time festival with live music, dancing, food, crafts, games and more. This is a free event with donations going to three shelters: Crossroads, My Sister’s Keeper, and St. Benedict’s Day Shelter. Aid The Homeless will be present to assist with fundraising.
Stay for a band/singing contest at 2 p.m. Whoever raises the most money wins. To sign up, email highhopesmusic@hotmail.com. Prizes for the winner include show tickets, Biscuit House buffet, certificate, painted guitar and more.

The Knottsville Lions Club will have burgers and hot dogs for sale. Purchase gourmet espresso-based beverages, including lattes, hot cocoa, drip coffee, and frappes from Moon River Coffee.
The Isaac Sterett Adventure Foundation will setup old-time games to play. Watch instruments being built by the Daviess County Luthiers Club. Other trades on display include soap and quilt makers, and KnotHeads Custom Engraving.
Plus, tour the cabins in the Jim Lambert Pioneer Village.
