Delinquent Property Tax Sale

The Daviess County Delinquent Property Tax Sale will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 9 a.m.
During the sale, the most recent years unpaid tax bills are eligible to be sold to any registered third-party purchaser. The purchaser is not awarded ownership of the property. However, a lien may be placed with the county clerk’s office.
