The Daviess County Clerk’s Office has a FREE search tool available to the public for researching legal recording documents.
eCCLIX©, County Clerk Indexing, is being utilized in almost two-thirds of Kentucky’s County Clerk offices.
The service is available to individuals and businesses with no limit on the number of searches per day. However, users do need to create a free account.
Already, the Clerk’s Office has digitized many of the deeds, mortgages, plats, and wills dating to 1974. By June 2026, eCCLIX© will have a 60-year search available with records to June 30, 1966.
For more information on the service, contact the Legal Recording Department at (270) 685-8434 Ext. 3.
