Registration is open for the Basic Weather Spotter course in Owensboro.
Support your community by reporting various weather phenomena directly to the National Weather Service and local Emergency Management Agency.
Classes are free of charge, open to everyone and last 2 to 2.5 hours. The Owensboro course will be Monday, January 30 at 6 p.m. in Owensboro Christian Church.
