DAVIESS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT PREREQUISITES
21 years of age.
Valid drivers license in good standing.
U.S. citizenship
High school diploma or GED,
Sixty (60) college credit hours, and/or four (4)
years active military service, and/or be a certified peace officer through
Kentucky or another state (in good standing with your current department)
Daviess County residency (within 90 days of hiring
date)
No felony arrests or convictions
No active Emergency Protective Orders or Domestic
Violence Orders.
Complete ALL instructions and questions on application
otherwise noted.
